Key Responsibilities- Provide timely quotations to customers to improve the competitiveness of equipment sales.
- Offer exceptional customer service to contractors, consultants, and end-users to maximize equipment sales and customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide subordinates to work independently and achieve the position's objectives.
- Liaise with customers to implement and carry out the scope of supply as stated in the purchase order.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular calls and visits, making formal presentations as required.
- Develop and maintain a continuous business expansion by maintaining existing customers and developing new ones.
- Collect and maintain field intelligence on competitors' activities, products, prices, and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with the sales/service administrator and finance department to ensure timely collection of payments and maintain good customer credit profiles.
- Minimum degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field, with strong exposure in Retrofitting and sales experience.
- Basic understanding of SAP operations is advantageous.
- Required skills: Communication, presentation, sales, project management, negotiation, teamwork, interpersonal skills, prioritization, analytical skills, and administrative skills.
