About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled Drilling Engineer to lead drilling operations at PT Wira Cipta Perkasa.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop drilling programs to achieve technical objectives.
  • Conduct regular operations follow-up and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and analyze drilling performance and cost metrics.
  • Collaborate with HSES Department to prepare environmental studies and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders during well operation preparation, execution, and post-activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Deepwater Well Operation as Drilling Engineer or Drilling Supervisor.
  • Expertise in drilling activities, including advanced drilling and high-profile drilling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
