Job Description

The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for handling and implementing corporate activities such as board of directors (BOD), chief operating officer (COO) meetings, initial public offering (IPO) management, IDX regulation, and OSS system.

  • Reporting on company activities to stakeholders and regulators.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and maintaining corporate documents for board meetings and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  • Managing and reporting activities related to the corporate secretary to internal management and external regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting general meetings of shareholders, BOD, COO, and commissioners meetings, as well as documenting the minutes of such meetings.
  2. Maintaining the confidentiality of confidential documents, data, and information except for fulfilling obligations according to the law and regulations.
  3. Implementing an internal communication system to keep employees informed of management's messages.
  4. SUPPORTING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER DUTIES.
  5. CONDUCTING AND IMPLEMENTING CSR, NON-CSR, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ON THE COMPANY.
  6. IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING THE LEGAL RISKS FACING THE COMPANY.
