Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data related to procedural efficiency within the organization.
  • Develop new solutions, practices, and strategies to support long-term effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain and analyze current business processes and product capability, coming up with plans of improvements, working together with data, product, and business teams.
  • Present findings, projections, and recommended strategies to senior management.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in collection strategy-related fields, and 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Preferably has an experience in banking and/or fintech industries.
  • Experience in using SQL is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to independently drive analysis concluding with rationalized recommendations.
  • Understanding of collection management systems/collection platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field which requires logically creative thinking.
