Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Specialist to join our team at Archipelago International. This role involves creating high-quality visual content for various purposes, including promotional campaigns, events, and social media.

Responsibilities
  1. Film videos on set or on location to capture compelling stories and moments.
  2. Provide exceptional video and photography services to meet production goals and exceed expectations.
  3. Deliver engaging visuals for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in style and brand representation.
  4. Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various purposes, showcasing creativity and expertise.
  5. Show initiative and follow direction to achieve project objectives.
  6. Capture and edit captivating visual content that aligns with the brand's messaging and style.
  7. Produce high-quality visuals for use on social media, driving engagement and interaction.
  8. Conduct photo shoots for products, events, and other promotional purposes, highlighting key features and benefits.
  9. Ensure consistent image quality, style, and brand representation across all visual content.
  10. Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts and storyboards, bringing creative ideas to life.
  11. Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in visual content creation, preferably in a marketing or content creation environment.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Proficiency with camera equipment and other visual videography equipment, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in content creation, with proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content.
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, with ability to capture compelling stories and moments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends, with ability to create engaging visuals that drive interaction.
  • Possesses strong design skills, including expertise with design tools and software.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
