In 2019, we founded our first brand ''Somethinc'', which is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce platform Beautyhaul serves as the core for carrying multiple brands directly to our customers. We aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty industry within the South Asia region.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Creator Partnership Specialist to identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-comm creators, fostering trust and ensuring sustainable creator payouts. This role involves formulating and implementing diverse creator campaigns to motivate activation and achieve sales goals, working closely with affiliate product teams to optimize the creator experience, and identifying pain points to collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with e-comm creators to drive growth and revenue through tailored campaigns and collaborations
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance creator engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine and improve the creator experience
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • At least 3-6 months of experience in creator e-comm affiliate partnership management, preferably with mixed experience on both social media platform and brand sides
  • Strong knowledge of live streaming and established relationships with creators and agencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a strong team player attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, with a preference for content-based e-commerce experience
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum
