As a fast-paced and dynamic company, we offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Beauty E-commerce Partnership Specialist.

Our first brand, Somethinc, was founded in 2019 and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with over 1 million social media followers.

We are looking for a skilled individual to identify, onboard, and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-comm creators, foster trust, and ensure sustainable creator payouts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and implementing diverse creator campaigns to motivate creator activation and achieve sales goals
  • Working closely with the affiliate product team to optimize the creator experience
  • Identifying affiliate creator pain points and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve key challenges

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 months of experience in creator e-comm affiliate partnership management, preferably with mixed experience on social media platforms and brand sides.

You will also need strong knowledge of live streaming, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of leadership principles.

Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms is highly preferred, along with experience in content-based e-commerce.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
