Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads, establishing connections with potential partners.
  • Design and deliver engaging presentations showcasing our company products, emphasizing their benefits and value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze sales activities, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.
  • Cultivate effective communication with customers and prospects, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospects, fostering long-term partnerships and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Passionate and responsible individual with a strong academic and non-academic background.
  • Prior sales or partnership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Fast learner, eager to acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Domiciled in Semarang.
