Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our business and building relationships with customers in the Indonesian ocean freight market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales team's performance and oversee Barsan Offices and customers.
  • Improve our sales capacity in the Indonesian ocean freight market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales freight forwarding.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of the ocean freight market in Indonesia or overseas.
  • Excellent marketing and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
