About the Role
The Country General Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion, elevating brand presence, and leading a dynamic management team across multiple functions. This is a strategic leadership position requiring a hands-on, team-empowerment, and results-driven approach.
You will be responsible for:
- Business Growth & Market Development: Identifying opportunities to expand our footprint in Indonesia, cultivating high-level relationships with government, industry leaders, and strategic partners, and ensuring we remain the trusted leader in geospatial and GIS solutions.
- Leadership & Operational Excellence: Managing and empowering a cross-functional leadership team, driving a high-performance culture that fosters collaboration and innovation, and championing change ensuring alignment with global corporate strategy.
- Financial & Strategic Oversight: Defining and executing business plans with clear KPIs and financial accountability, monitoring business performance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proven leader with a strong grasp of Indonesia's business landscape and the ability to drive results in a fast-evolving tech environment. We are looking for:
- Leadership & Experience: Considerable experience in a leadership role within the tech industry, a track record of successfully scaling business operations in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, and experience managing leaders across multiple business functions.
- Industry & Market Knowledge: Experience in Indonesia's Natural Resources, Government, and Utilities sectors, strong connections within Indonesia's tech ecosystem, and a deep understanding of Indonesia's regulatory and business landscape.
- Business Acumen & Skills: Proven ability to drive P&L growth, strategic planning, and business development, strong financial management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.
