Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy of company data and documents, including archiving, processing, and storing relevant documents.
  • Assist in managing company finances, such as monitoring cash flow, setting up payments, and preparing simple financial reports.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and promotional materials as needed.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and send invitations and reminders to relevant parties.
  • Assist in managing office inventory, ordering and purchasing office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or equivalent in related fields such as administration or finance.
  • Previous work experience in administration will be an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail in performing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to use MS Office / Google Spreadsheet.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Living in Kelapa Gading will be an asset.
