The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role you will be assisting the Category Strategist & Policy team to improve processes in Fashion category.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Refresh and pull the core seller and GMV data from dataset and update it biweekly and monthly.
- Collect necessary merchant information to increase water share and help acquisition pipelines.
- Create vouchers for centralized policies to reduce Policy POC's load in creating the vouchers.
- Support the team in GTM (incl. deck development, etc.).
- Support the team in budget monitoring & budget usage tracking (incl. reminding AMs to utilize budget, notifying the policy POC if certain policy is running behid expectation, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Actively enrolled university student.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Works comfortably with Microsoft Excel and Office Softwares.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Eager to learn, initiative taker, and problem-solver.
- Thrives in fast and dynamic environments.
- Have understanding of E-commerce industry, particularly Fashion category.
- Internship experience in consulting company or other E-commerce is a plus.
