About the Role
Handle and deliver end-to-end support for agencies across recruitment and retention, coaching and mentoring, and achieve business goals
- Deliver the performance and compliance to quality standards of the assigned region
- Provide mentorship in resolving the gap and be a thought partner for agents
- Drive Agents’ productivity uplift using MAPA and digital tools adoption
- Handle performance of Agency leaders and top performing agents through data analysis across dimensions
- Offer business consultation to drive impact and achieve targets
- Deliver critical initiatives execution and implementing it with agents
- Plan (e.g., sales builder, follow-up follow-through, DILO/WILO/MILO) and coordinate recruitment events (e.g., events, promotions) to attract quality agents
- Empower leaders to conduct interviews independently, communicate proposition, meanwhile, proactively attract high quality agents
