Department Overview Motorola Solutions Video Security and Access Control Avigilon, AVA and Open Path
**Job Description**:
a. Work with partners to drive sales through region; grow yoy revenue through partners

b. Build, deliver and execute partner enablement platforms, programs, processes and tools to manage, support and grow our partners network and ensure their success delivering our solutions to the end customers.

c. Initiate programs, campaigns, incentives to increase partner loyalty and ensure their attention and dedication to our solutions

d. Track all partners, including their contact information, agreements, commercial terms, other relevant information that related to our projects

e. Develop and coordinate training programs on going basis to ensure partners are well educated and in sync with our solutions, business objectives, messaging and commercial terms.

f. Manage new partners qualification and onboarding process.

g. Work internally with sales team, sales engineering team, marketing team, channel team and other company functions to implement required partner programs and infrastructure.

Basic Requirements
a. At least 5 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record developing and managing partnershipreseller programs.

b. Experience working with channel partnerssystem integrators, resellers in the field of physical security andor IT for MNC andor government sector

c. Proven experience with CRMSAPSalesforce tools

d. Methodical, result driven, and process oriented professional, demonstrating excellent analytical and execution skills

e. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

f. Bachelor39;s degree, preferably a technical degree like engineering or computer science
