**Role and responsibilities**
- Handling payroll and other payroll-related tasks, including personal income tax, compulsory insurance, labor, BPJS, etc. including but not limited Personal Income Tax of expatriates.
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients
- Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with peers at client organizations
- Doing researches and analysis on payroll and related issues
- To perform payroll advisory work for clients and conduct payroll simulations as required
- Provide reports to Payroll Manager
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Management/Finance/Accounting/ Business from reputable university
- Internship experience in consulting firm would be advantages
- Excellent understanding of labour and personal income tax in Indonesia, as well as BPJS.
- Good comprehension on the utilization of Ms Office products especially Excel
- Engaging and outgoing personality
- Able to work in a diversified cultural environment
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to liaise well with others and deal with confidential materials
- Ability to pay attention to details
