- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the local music landscape to formulate a comprehensive partnership strategy, focusing on scouting, developing artists, and cultivating label partnerships to drive business growth for partners.
- Manage daily communication with partners, ensuring a streamlined flow for problem-solving.
- Develop compelling narratives highlighting the business's unique selling propositions (USP) and amplify them through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Programming, Marketing, and PR to establish robust support mechanisms.

- Exhibit a can-do mindset, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver on tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Showcase excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
- Embody a positive and humble attitude, making you a valuable team player.
- Preferably, have professional working proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesian and English.
