As the Senior Manager, Artist Marketing you will drive the Digital Marketing Managers to be innovative in the area of social media, digital ecosystem, conventional media, and on-ground for releases under Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia (SMEI), sub-labels, and JVs.

You will need to interact with artists, agencies, and other related parties on a day-to-day basis.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee Digital Marketing Managers on a daily basis to ensure effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify marketing & promotion budget for all types of releases: single, EP, album, and special projects.
- Develop marketing & promotion plans and campaigns for domestic artists under Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia (SMEI), sub-labels, and JVs.
- Maintain relationship with agencies, JVs and artist managers.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing Managers to enhance the network of potential brands who could partner with the artists.

**Who you are**:

- Proficient and knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media, media promotion, and other relevant marketing skills.
- Digitally and social media savvy, with a strong understanding of the latest local media landscape, popular culture, and viral trends.
- Excellent communication skills to work smoothly and efficiently with multiple stakeholders, teams, and partners.
- Able to work under tight deadlines by effectively managing time, resources, and stress levels.
- Familiar with digital ecosystem exploitations DPSs and artist profiles' analytics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft - PowerPoint and able to make appealing presentations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, both written and verbal.
