**Job Title: Junior Partnerships Manager**

**Hiring Manager : Director Regional Partnerships and Solutions**

**Location**:Remote (Indonesia)

**What do you get to do?**
- Client development, i.e identifying potential client types, leading marketing activities related to our bank product offerings
- Partner development, i.e identifying ,prioritizing, engaging potential Brankas’ partners and identifying potential new channels, product and partnerships strategy and general management, Government and policy relations i.e develop and execute a government relations strategy, establish and maintain relationships on behalf of Brankas.
- Negotiate terms of partnerships and agreements.
- Enable partner deal support, cross functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials that are tailored to the corporate partner and that showcase Brankas’ value proposition

**What do we look for in you?**
- 5 to 6 years of experience in a sales, BD or partnerships related role, preferably involving senior stakeholders within Government or corporate and proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM database (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated analytical skills to initiate and perform complex analyses and organize information to identify employer partners, tendencies, and relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including an ability to find, analyze and synthesize complex information to produce clear and effective written document
- Ability to be highly organized, structured, and multitask to manage dozens of employer and other partner relationships from inception to conversion
