The Opportunity- Shipment Coordination: Plan and manage import process from origin until arrival in destination. Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loader and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are on schedule.- Documentation: Prepare and process Import shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, packing list and customs paperwork. Ensure all documentation complies with international shipping regulations and company policies. Update data on time in Cargo Wise1 and meet KPI for documentation. Issue invoice to customer and booked vendor cost.- Customer Service: Communicate with origin & clients from beginning of shipment, get schedule, departure until arrival in destination. Coordinate with Import team members or supervisor for any obstacles.- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure all operations comply with maritime regulations and safety standards.- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process. Work with various stakeholders to find solutions to logístical challenges.- Cost Management: Assisting to quote import local charges to origin. Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure cost-efficiency.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as customs brokers and warehouse staff, to streamline operations. Collaborate with team members to improve service levels and operational efficiency

To be Successful, you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.- Have ability to communicate in English written and verbal.- Experience min 1-2 years in handling import process in global ocean freight forwarding would be preferred.- Proven expert in using MS Office.- Reporting and analytical skills.- Efficiently manage shipping documentation and schedules.
