**Risk Operations Assistant Manager**

We are currently the biggest player in Malaysia and available in Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, etc. We aim to scale out our product offering across more verticals and geographies.

**What will you be engaged in?**
- Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the policies and procedures in order to ensure the mitigation and prevention of risk are aligned with the business lines
- Enhance the framework analysis for any fraudulent activity and or transaction including assessment, prevention, detection, monitoring, investigations, and action plan
- Responsible and accountable for implementing company risk management assessment in a daily/weekly/monthly basis which covers the preventive stage, execution stages, and reporting process.
- Identify patterns and trends and give a recommendation solution in order to improve/prevent fraudulent activity in the future
- Provide innovative ideas and short-term and long-term strategies at the strategic and execution levels.
- Cooperate with the legal team, incident team, and any committee related to the preventive, detection, monitoring, and investigation stages
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Min. 3 years experience in Risk/Fraud, Investigations, Litigation, or similar areas
- Strong and analytical, planning, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for leadership level
- Ability to multitask, prioritize maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Having a Risk Certification and/or SQL skills would be an advantage
- Fluent in English
