**What will you be engaged in?**
- Support GM on the business operations and growth plans preparation.
- Define the strategy and roadmap for revenue growth, operations and expansion together with the buy in from the other TREVO department leaders.
- Take ownership of company KPIs including but not limited to demand metrics, marketplace efficiency, fulfilment rate and retention.
- Drive GMV growth while optimising for P&L health by reducing marketplace subsidies, acquisition costs wherever possible.
- Together with other TREVO department leaders, identify key cities of expansion and other adjacent revenue streams that can contribute to overall GMV growth.
Identify revenue-generating opportunities and operations improvements areas within the business.
- Work with GM and business leaders to build playbooks for scaling both sides of the marketplace.
- Design and execute a plan towards profitability with contribution milestones and targets set for each team.
- Monitor host and guest incentive budgets to ensure they are efficiently deployed by the TREVO team.
- As the platform scales, ensure that we improve our Trust and Safety measures to ensure compliance with any future regulations. This will involve working closely with the GM of BD & Stakeholder engagement.
- Work together with GM to ensure that budgets are clearly communicated and reported
- Experience in strategy consulting and leading multi-functional teams
- Highly comfortable with solving complex problems and the ability to work with tight timelines
- Exposure to high growth businesses with a strong ability to create business models that have strong fundamental unit economics
- Understanding of marketplace business and key levers that drive growth and efficiency - including the tradeoffs between reducing spend and growth
- Experience in project management across diverse business functions such as marketing, business development, operations, finance and more
- Excellent knowledge of corporate finance and performance management
- Creative, data-oriented and results-driven with a willingness to experiment and adapt
- Execution focused and someone who's as comfortable to be in the boardroom pitching to investors as she/he is on the ground getting your hands dirty with offline acquisition and selling our product
- Believes in positive leadership and has the gravitas to command attention in public settings
