- Gelar Sarjana di bidang Manajemen, Pemasaran, Ekonomi, atau bidang terkait. Gelar Magister atau MBA merupakan nilai tambah.
- **Pengalaman Kerja**:
- Pengalaman mínimal 3-5 tahun di bidang Business Development, Sales, atau Pemasaran, dengan rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam pengembangan bisnis dan pencapaian target.
- Pengalaman bekerja di industri terkait akan sangat dihargai.
- Pengalaman dalam negosiasi kontrak, pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan, dan pengembangan kemitraan.
- **Kemampuan Komunikasi**:
- Keterampilan komunikasi verbal dan tulisan yang sangat baik untuk berinteraksi dengan klien, mitra bisnis, dan internal tim.
- Kemampuan presentasi yang kuat, baik di depan klien maupun dalam rapat internal.
- **Keterampilan Negosiasi**:
- Kemampuan untuk bernegosiasi secara efektif dengan berbagai pihak, baik dalam hal harga, kontrak, maupun kesepakatan bisnis lainnya.

- Kemampuan untuk melakukan riset pasar, analisis kompetitor, dan evaluasi peluang bisnis secara mendalam.
