The SMB Regional Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium sized businesses, providing education, guidance and showcasing success. As part of the Global SMB Team, the Regional Business Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. We are creative entrepreneurs at heart, ready to dig in and capitalize on the potential and opportunities of the platform and its creative community.

Team Introduction
SMB Marketing is a fast-growing team that supports this mission by engaging, educating, and enabling small and medium-sized businesses and agencies around the world and helping them unlock the unique power of our platform. We are creative entrepreneurs at heart. We dig in and bring innovative marketing solutions to life in service of SMBs, and the business as a whole, across campaigns, creative content, strategic programming, and more.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Work with Sales, Product and Marketing leadership to identify common SMB marketing needs for the region through campaigns and content;
2. Design and oversee the execution of bespoke marketing campaign solutions working in close partnership with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, Enterprise marketing teams, to drive demand for TikTok for Business advertising solutions
3. Develop compelling program narratives and sales materials to equip sales teams, supporting seasonal and always-on campaigns, to a variety of audiences (advertisers, agencies, end users)
4. Partner closely with SMB Marketing Upper Funnel team to drive successful marketing campaigns
5. Leverage insights to inform content needs and own communication of content strategies and timelines to cross functional partners and stakeholders;
6. Develop and execute marketing strategies across owned digital platforms.
7. Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions;
8. Evaluate and report on trends, opportunities and learnings for the Global Business Marketing SMB team;
9. Oversee the execution of campaign and content strategy through the management of third party vendors / agencies.
**Qualifications**:
1. 5-8 years of experience in a strategy or marketing role;
2. A deep understanding of the Small & Medium Businesses industry is needed;
3. Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok for Business advertising solutions is a plus
4. Experience within B2B marketing, top tier creative or media agency, brand marketing or strategy role within a technology company;
5. Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance;
6. Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
7. Strong data and analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting)
8. Have a commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
9. Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts;
10. Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution;
**11. Excellent interpersonal skills**: ability to build, manage and influence agencies/ virtual teams (e.g. partners, agencies, remote marketing teams) and interface effectively with and influence different management levels.
