About Lark APAC Sales Team
Lark APAC Sales Team is responsible for APAC market expansion by helping businesses transform digitally through our collaboration solution. The sales team will explore and tap into market opportunities to acquire new customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and strong relationships with the assigned markets
- Own and overachieve assigned quota
- Create reliable forecasts, manage pipeline and achieve target of key customer references and active adoption of the Lark platform
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with small and medium enterprises by selling value and ROI
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
- Create and own your plan towards how you can achieve the goals as set to you by the business
- Have an intuitive sense of required steps to close business and gain customer validation and identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
- Maintain, build and manage specific relationships internally and externally with customers and partners for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Have a thorough understanding of customer's business and ensure continued usage from customers
- University degree or equivalent experience. MBA will be an advantage
- Experienced in selling and developing the business portfolio in APAC; focusing on Indonesia market
- Prior sales or business development relevant experience working with SMB, enterprises and/or growth-stage startups for SaaS/IT product
- Problem solving ability in a sales environment including the ability to qualify and close business.
- Excellent customer skills and people management skills.
- Understanding of competitive landscape for growing the business’ revenue and devising strategies / programs for success.
- Detail oriented, able to track and organize information, data and communications efficiently to ensure business issues are dealt with promptly and properly.
- Ability to negotiate agreements and/or reach consensus with all levels and positions within the organization.
- Considerable knowledge of current trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage to bridge communication with local Indo customers/partners
