**1. Pengawasan Pekerjaan Konstruksi**:

- Memimpin dan mengawasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi di lapangan, termasuk persiapan situs, pemasangan struktur, dan penyelesaian akhir.
- Memastikan bahwa pekerjaan konstruksi sesuai dengan gambar teknis, spesifikasi, dan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan.

**2. Koordinasi dengan Tim Lapangan**:

- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan harian dengan tim lapangan, termasuk pekerja konstruksi dan subkontraktor.
- Memberikan arahan dan bimbingan kepada tim untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar kerja.

**3. Pemantauan Kualitas dan Keselamatan**:

- Memantau kualitas pekerjaan konstruksi dan mengidentifikasi potensi masalah.
- Memastikan penerapan prosedur keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan di lokasi proyek.

**4. Pelaporan dan Komunikasi**:

- Melaporkan kemajuan proyek, masalah yang dihadapi, dan solusi yang diusulkan kepada Manajer Konstruksi secara berkala.
- Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan tim proyek dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Minimal lulusan Diploma bidang Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja sebagai Site Supervisor atau posisi terkait di industri konstruksi, diutamakan di proyek-proyek infrastruktur dan menggunakan material bambu.
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang proses konstruksi, standar keselamatan kerja, dan peraturan lingkungan.
- Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik dan kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Pengalaman tentang Struktur dari bambu menjadi nilai PLUS
