Junior Architect

**About Dreamscape Villa & Property Management**:
Dreamscape Villa & Property Management specializes in villa and residential property development in Bali. We are committed to delivering innovative, high-quality designs, and are looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our team in Dalung, Bali. This position is ideal for someone passionate about architecture and excited to develop their skills in real-world projects.

**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the design, planning, and execution of various architectural projects, primarily focused on villas and residential buildings. You will work closely with the engineering and construction teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements, adhere to budgets, and are completed on schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Concepts**:

- Create building design concepts based on client needs and requirements.
- Analyze and process data to develop architectural programs and design concepts.

**Preliminary Design**:

- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts based on design concepts.
- Create functional diagrams and estimate building area, materials, construction systems, costs, and timelines.

**Design Development**:

- Develop detailed designs, including construction systems, building structure, materials, and cost estimates.
- Ensure that the final design is ready for construction.

**Construction Drawings**:

- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and technical descriptions.
- Prepare clear documentation for construction execution and technical requirements.

**Procurement and Construction Execution**:

- Prepare procurement documents and tender packages, including work plans, technical specifications (RKS), cost estimates (RAB), and bill of quantities (BQ).
- Assist clients in evaluating tenders and selecting contractors.

**Supervision and Site Monitoring**:

- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients and project supervisor.
- Provide periodic project reports and ensure compliance with design and construction standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 1-2 years of experience in villa or residential project design (internship experience can be considered).
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong drawing and sketching skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet project deadlines.
- Must be based in Bali and able to work from the Dalung office.
