We seek an organised & detail-oriented Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and support our growing team.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

As an Architect, you will develop and refine high-end residential designs from concept through to completion. Working closely with project leads, you’ll ensure design integrity and client alignment while guiding junior architects and supporting team collaboration. This role offers increased project responsibility and the chance to showcase Balinese architectural style in our portfolio.

- 3+ years’ experience in architectural design and project development.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN**:

- Develop and refine high-end residential designs from concept to completion, supporting project leads in upholding quality and client satisfaction.
- Contribute creative ideas that blend contemporary design principles with Balinese architecture.
- Stay informed on industry trends and bring fresh concepts to project deliverables.

**TEAM & CLIENT COLLABORATION**:

- Work closely with clients to align designs with their vision, incorporating feedback.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and junior team members, fostering a positive studio culture.
- Guide junior architects, supporting their development and ensuring project alignment.

**DRAFTING & DOCUMENTATION**:

- Produce detailed drawings, models, and renderings, ensuring high-quality documentation across all project phases.
- Assist in preparing construction documents & specifications to align with project goals.

**REGULATORY AWARENESS**:

- Ensure designs meet local building codes, environmental standards, and cultural values.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities to facilitate regulatory approvals.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in high-end residential design.
- Proficient in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe, etc.).
- Strong design skills with an understanding of Balinese architectural principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
