KAMI Workforce (ZipHR) is on the hunt for a Rockstar Enterprise Sales Specialist (Small and Mid Market).
We are looking for someone who can give our market expansion that extra boost, through their motivated and determined attitude toward success This role won't be easy: it's all about sussing out those potential leads then making connections.

**A Day In a Life**
- Having the savvy to pinpoint potential goldmines of clients and establish relationships with decisionmakers
- Agile negotiator who knows exactly what the client wants and can seal the perfect deal that satisfies both parties
- Cash out on your successes - Get rewarded immediately with great commissions for every sale you make
**Requirements**:
- Overall experience of 5 years with demonstrated achievement in B2B sales experience is highly desired
- Have high self-confidence selling to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in complex organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must have exceptional analytical skills to understand complex challenges and devise innovative solutions
- Proven track record to consistently close high-value enterprise deals
- You thrive working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
**Benefits**
- Base salary of between IDR 10,000,000 to 15,000,000, depending on experience level
- Commissions of 6-15% for every deal that you close
