A company in **Bali **is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Sales & Marketing (Full-time) **to work with them in **Jakarta**
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Compose and post online content on the company’s social media accounts
- Create and present sales performance reports
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Assist the online sales
**Requirements**:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing or in a similar role with similar skill
- Passionate, hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and good initiative
- Excellent observation and negotiation skills
- Able to run social media marketing/social media channels
- Good understanding of the Indonesian market
- Self-driven and has interests in sports
- Passion for healthy or sustainable lifestyle is a must
**Experience**:
- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
