**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:

- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in Bali to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective execution of promotional activities and to build strong partnerships with store managers and staff.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and work on strategies to maximize sales growth.
- Implement promotional programs and campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility in key accounts.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses to the Regional Commercial Manager.

**POSM Deployment**:

- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) in key accounts to ensure brand visibility and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure optimal placement and effectiveness of POSM.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Organize and manage sampling events, loyalty programs, and in-store promotions to enhance customer engagement and product awareness.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure that store staff are well-informed and knowledgeable about AIRSCREAM UK products.

**Experience in Key Account Engagement**:

- Leverage prior experience in engaging and managing key accounts in Bali to develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Utilize established relationships and knowledge of the local market to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the FMCG or vape industry.**:

- **Has experience in dealing with convenient stores channel will be an added advantage.**:

- Strong understanding of the Jakarta market and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Familiarity with the vape industry and related regulations.
- Experience in organizing and managing promotional events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Previous collaboration with local KA (Key Account).
