**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Train, mentor, and support team members in sales techniques, forex market insights, and customer engagement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance to optimize productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and compliance) to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the forex/broker industry.**:

- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the forex market and related trading platforms, including Meta Trader 4/5.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with client relationship management and customer service within a financial or trading environment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of Indonesia's forex industry.
- Maintains an extensive client base and professional network within Indonesia forex market.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Additional certifications or training related to financial markets or leadership development.
