**Job Descriptions**:

- Maintenance and monitoring payroll & HRIS system database to make sure all data are correct
- Coordinate timely and accurate processing of the fortnightly payroll for all staff in accordance with current Enterprise Agreements, contracts and company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate payroll processes, salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits induction.
- Maintain the payroll system and process through accurate and complete administrative and payroll processes, data entry, record keeping and document management.
- Design and develop compensation policies and procedures.
- Assist in develop and analyse compensation & benefit also having understanding tax PPh 21, 25 and 29.
- Assist in maintaining organization structure of Manpower Planning (MPP) of employee, such as new employee, replacement (rotation and promotion) and employee termination.
- Provide administrative report and auditing.

**Requirements**:

- Min. bachelor degree in accounting or similar field
- Min. 5-8 years experience as Payroll Officer or Compensation Benefit
- Preferably from retail industry
- Proficient with Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Powerpoint) and GSuite (Spreadsheet, GForm, GDocs).
- Excellent knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefit, BPJS, & personnel administration
- Able to use HRIS system (such as Talenta, Sunfish, Pro Int etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

**Experience**:
