**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
- Pendidikan mínimal S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen, Psikologi, atau Hukum
- Diutamakan berpengalaman mínimal 4 tahun di posisi HC Manager
- Dapat mereview dan mengupdate Struktur Organisasi, SOP, Jobdesc, dll
- Dapat membuat dan menjalankan KPI dan Performa Appraisal
- Bertanggung jawab atas rekrutmen, payroll (kompensasi & benefit), BPJS, dll
- Paham dan update Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan Peraturan Pemerintah, serta familiar terkait Hubungan Industrial
- Pengalaman menggunakan sistem HRIS menjadi nilai tambah
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Mengawasi dan memastikan pelaksanaan kegiatan operasional terkait pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sesuai kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan
- Memahami proses rekrutmen, administrasi kepegawaian, penggajian, pelatihan, manajemen kinerja, dan pengembangan karir
- Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan, termasuk undang-undang tenaga kerja, hubungan industrial, dan persyaratan compliance
- Menggunakan Human Resource Information System (HRIS) untuk mengelola data karyawan dan operasional SDM
- Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian, seperti absensi, cuti, penggajian, dan kontrak kerja
- Mengelola dokumentasi dan arsip terkait SDM dengan rapi dan sesuai standar
- Memimpin tim Human Capital Operational untuk memastikan semua fungsi berjalan efektif
- Menganalisis data kepegawaian, seperti turnover, absensi, dan kinerja, untuk membuat keputusan strategis
