**Jakarta, Indonesia**:** Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Handle employee medical insurance, employee medical check-ups, and social security (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for Interns) including registrations, updates, and invoicing.
- Support the day-to-day implementation of Third Party Contractor
- Prepare regular Human Capital Reports
- Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records and digitalization of data management
- Provide ongoing support for various employee services, such as benefit claims, documentation assistance, and general queries.
- Ensure that Human Capital policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated.

**Qualifications include but are not limited to the following**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree in Economics/Psychology/Industrial Engineering/or any relevant major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR function.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS is a plus.
