**About Us**

Our client is one of the biggest Public Bank company in Indonesia Indonesian state-owned bank. It has branches primarily in Indonesia, but also found in Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London and New York. It had 1000 branches and over 9 million customers in 2006.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading and managing our company's network infrastructure strategy, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our network systems.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network infrastructure initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- **Network Infrastructure Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive network infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and industry best practices.
- Assess current network infrastructure capabilities and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging network technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- **Network Architecture and Design**:

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and reliable network solutions that meet the organization's current and future requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define network infrastructure specifications.
- Ensure the network infrastructure is properly documented and maintained, including network diagrams, configurations, and relevant documentation
- **Network Operations and Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and implement proactive measures to optimize network efficiency and reliability.
- Establish and enforce network security policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard data and systems from unauthorized access.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead a team of network professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills enhancement
- **Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and select vendors, contractors, and service providers for network infrastructure projects and services.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to negotiate favorable terms and ensure cost-effective network infrastructure solutions
- **Risk Management and Compliance**:

- Identify potential network security risks and vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and implement appropriate controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and internal policies related to network infrastructure.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to assess the effectiveness of network security controls and address any identified gaps.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing network infrastructure operations in Banking Companies
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex network solutions.
- In-depth understanding of cloud networking, virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Experience in managing large-scale networks and distributed network environments.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or ITIL are highly desirable.
