Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our network infrastructure product management team. As an executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and improvement across our IT and network infrastructure services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT and network infrastructure services, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with our partnership team to establish relationships with potential partners and suppliers.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of our IT services products, from opportunity assessment to post-launch review.
  • Evaluate our current products to ensure they meet customer requirements and make recommendations for improvement or replacement as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability and commercial success for our product portfolio.
  • Mentor and develop our team members to achieve divisional objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, making recommendations to supervisors and implementing actions such as promotions and dismissals.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure, including data center and managed services.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager.
  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, laptops, and network infrastructure.
  • Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or system integration is highly preferred.
