**Key Deliverables**:
- Heading sales and business development for food Ingredient product portfolio.
- Driving Indonesia sales growth by expanding product portfolio, distribution and penetration through Key Accounts.
- Manage & grow market share in key Global Accounts in Indonesia
- Set up the B2B sales organization to capture growth in the domestic market; develop the go to market strategy to leverage opportunities across Food FMCG & Organized Retail.
- Conceptualize a unified sales organization to leverage synergies across product categories - Dairy, Nuts, Spices, Coffee & Cocoa.
- Design the Organization Structure & GTM Strategy - Key Account structure for National food companies & Modern Retail, Regional Sales structure for Regional food companies.
- Institutionalize the Strategic Relationship Management framework.
- Explore the possibility of setting up 3P co-manufacturing facilities for commercialization of New Growth Initiatives.
- Set up a front-end supply chain function & institutionalized planning process.
- Identifying new Growth Opportunities and aligning product BU teams and Global stakeholders on the short
- & long-term growth plans and guiding investment decisions.
- Driving Innovation Culture and working with Global Innovation teams on concept delivery.
**Background and key competencies**:
- 12-15 Years’ experience and background in B2B Food Ingredient Space with experience in Sales and Key Account Management.
- MBA from is known institute is preferred
- Requires a start-up mindset: We have a strong global supply chain with reasonable presence in Indonesia; however, we will need to build businesses in food space in Indonesia (though we have global presence)
- Appreciation of finance numbers with P&L experience
- Entrepreneurial, passionate for sales and people management, loves innovation and building new businesses, team oriented, strategic _and_ tactical, highly motivated.
- Experience of managing a complex client portfolio with excellent client negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills
- Experience setting overall strategy and drive business process improvement.
- Strong ability to communicate across all levels and departments to implement new procedures, policies, etc to achieve business goals
- Strong business planning skills to execute strategic projects with implications for business areas with rapidly evolving business processes.
- Appreciation of a matrix organization structure
