**Position Overview**:
As a Shop Assistant at Kali Dogwear, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in-store while also handling online inquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and managing stock updates on our website. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a knack for managing digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product information and advice
- Respond to customer inquiries through social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and WhatsApp with a friendly, professional approach
- Update product availability, descriptions, and stock levels on the company website
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support ad hoc tasks as needed, including preparing promotional content and managing online orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or online sales (preferred)
- Comfortable using social media platforms and WhatsApp for business purposes
- **Have a good ENGLISH**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Availability to work in weekends and holidays
