(Unicorn - Digital Payment) Consumer Finance

**About the Company**:
Our client is a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia that operates in 4 major countries: Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fast-growing consumer group, our client currently provides users with digital banking, consumer credit, digital investment and insurance brokerage services, fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.
Just now, our client has raised a total of $438.1M in funding over 10 rounds.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research on merchants in key industries, have an insight into demands, and analyze pain points.
- Combining the industry characteristics and trends, taking charge of product innovation of installment products in consumption scenarios, and conducting the demand analysis and design of financial products.
- Collaborate with teams of business, operation, risk control, capital, and others, to implement financial product solutions for online and in-store scenarios in different industries.
- Coordinate the resources from tech support, testing, and others to advance project development
- Complete the delivery of solutions to customers, and track the online operation performance of products
- Responsible for the commercial results of products and customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Having 5+ years of experience in consumer loans, credit cards, or bank retail loan products
- Familiar with the credit process.
- Having experience in independently taking charge of the entire product and operation process of the products with a large user base or capital volume.
- Possess strong business sense, and have independent thinking and judgment on the cooperation of consumer finance scenarios.
- Experience in solution design for the corresponding industry is preferred.
- Ability to think from the users' perspectives, control the details of product experience.
- Working experience in Internet companies in Indonesia
Having 5+ years of experience in consumer loans, credit cards, or bank retail loan products Familiar with the credit process.
