**Your role at Exness**:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for building, managing and maintaining a profitable long term relationship between Exness's partners in a B2B manner and they will be assigned to manage a portfolio for the Indonesia market.
**You will**:
- As a KAM, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between the existing partners (assigned portfolio) with Exness. This will entail activities such as understanding the Exness's partners current pain-point and how we are able to deliver solutions to maintain the business relationship.
- For a KAM, you will be required to consistently update your knowledge and awareness of the respective market's development and movement, competitive analysis to define potential competitors as well as highlighting potential opportunities we can tap into.
- The KAM will be responsible for formulating market development strategies and this will include collaborative initiatives such as with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, as well as our event teams.
- The KAM though predominantly tasked with a "farmer" responsibility, you will also need to proactively seek out referrals to pipeline for potential revenue streams as well as following up with any potential leads to activate and convert the leads to be active partners.
- As a KAM you will also be required to actively participate in related industry & partners events and this will take in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions thus a low to moderate level of short term traveling may be involved.
- 3-5 years of work experience in business development / account management / sales environment with specific participation in a B2C or B2B setup.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in brief business competitor analysis and ability to be proactive in maintaining business relationships.
- As this is a sales position, we are looking for individuals who are used to working in a number-driven performance environment and experience in achievements in any sales targets would be ideal.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia language as well as comfortable working in a rapidly transitioning environment in an organisation.
