- Oversee office supplies inventory and handle procurement to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace
- Handle maintenance, mailing, shipping, and purchasing, ensuring seamless office operations
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with company policies
- Work closely with HR to manage employee records, attendance, and vacation schedules, contributing to a well-organized workforce
- Conduct research and provide vital administrative assistance on various projects, contributing to overall business success
- Offer support and assistance to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Handle tax duties, client invoicing, and other financial tasks with precision and attention to detail

JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
2. Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills
3. Strong clerical skills
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
5. High attention to detail with ability to multitask
6. Proficiency in MS Office
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
8. Experience in a similar role is a plus
