**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science**, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related fields. An advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) is preferred.
- **Minimum 15 years of experience** in digital industries, preferably FinTech or financial services, with at least **10 years in a leadership role within product management** or technology.
- Willing to **work from client's office** (location: South Jakarta)
- Proven experience in strategizing and executing the development and implementation of highly scalable distributed systems, on-premise or on cloud platforms, especially Google.
- Mastery of DevSecOps practices with hands-on experience implementing or guiding teams in secure coding, SAST, DAST, OWASP, SANS.
- Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and scaling multiple product and technology teams.
- Exceptional ability to develop talent, from coaching on hard skills to nurturing soft skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share complex technical strategies to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills, ideally with a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
- Experience managing large budgets and making investment decisions that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to effectively interact with regulatory bodies such as government entities, central banks, and auditors.
- Able to build strong relationships with both product and non-product stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set the strategic direction for product and technology teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions, enhancing the company’s product offerings and technological capabilities.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee all aspects of the SDLC for new and existing products/features, ensuring high availability and scalability of systems.
- Implement and promote DevOps and DevSecOps methods/practices, ensuring high standards of security and performance across all products and technology systems.
- Direct the allocation and investment of resources in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and budgetary considerations.
- Engage with regulatory bodies such as government entities, central banks, and auditors, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for strategic growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead the integration of a data-driven approach to decision-making across all product and technology initiatives.
- Advocate for and drive the adoption of a security-first approach within the teams, ensuring adherence to secure coding practices and other security measures.
- Nurture relationships with all stakeholders, effectively communicating the product and technology strategy and ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
