**Position: Integrated Sales and Marketing Manager**
As the Integrated Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our brick-and-mortar stores and advancing our e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will revolve around crafting strategies to elevate customer engagement, fostering sales growth, and maintaining a cohesive brand experience across all sales channels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge sales strategies that seamlessly integrate both online and offline channels for maximum impact.
- Analyze channel-specific data to comprehend customer behavior and preferences, adjusting strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of physical stores and the e-commerce platform, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent brand experience.
- Monitor sales figures, manage inventory levels, and forecast future sales to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels for both online and offline channels.
- Lead, motivate, and support sales and operational teams across all channels, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team proficiency in product knowledge and sales techniques for both in-store and online interactions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team to create cohesive and effective campaigns that seamlessly integrate with sales strategies, promoting brand visibility across all channels.
- Engage with customers across multiple channels, gather feedback, and glean insights to enhance the customer experience and foster brand loyalty.
- Enhance the online shopping experience through website optimization, effective online merchandising, and user-friendly navigation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or marketing leadership, with a proven track record in both offline and online retail.
- Proficiency in omni-channel retailing, encompassing a deep understanding of physical retail operations and e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce technology.
- Willingness to travel between store locations and adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
