We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Admin Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in HR administration.

In this role, your tasks will include:
1. Assist with the SMBC ID Card Project.

2. Contribute to enhancing the resignation workflow process.

3. Support in managing new employee personnel files.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:

- Available and willing to start a 6-month internship in February 2025.
- An active university student or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025 in any major.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationship with others.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Interest in HR and administrative tasks.
