We are seeking a proactive and organized Operation Distribution Support Intern to join our team.
In this role, your task will include:
1. Assist in developing reconciliation and monitoring processes for ATM activities.

2. Perform reconciliation and monitoring for Mandatory Learning, Block Leave, and training programs.

3. Support the follow-up process for Own Risk Claim.

4. Contribute to the development of monitoring WLTK, Pajak Reklame, and PBB.

5. Assist in the development of monitoring RBB office network.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:

- Available and willing to start a 12-month internship in February 2025.
- An active university student in any major with preference for Engineering (All) / Information Technology / Finance and Accounting / Business Administration / English Literature / Japanese Literature or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Willing to be present and work on-site at the office.
