We are looking for Regional Distribution Executive who based in Surabaya.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Responsible for Planning, coordinate, and control Finished Good of Combustible Cigarette and RRP stock fulfillment to meet with Commercial region department strategy and planning and ensure minimum LOGD of Finished Good in area warehouse
- Analyze and monitor budget plan and implementation in regional level by defining and monitoring rolling forecast budget and to support all area activity with cost effective and efficient and ensure
- Plan and monitor the implementation of risk management program as well as refreshment of system & procedure to ensure awareness of 3PL in region and area
- Lead 3PL Regional team to monitor daily/weekly/monthly 3PL performance and any initiatives of Logistics & Distribution or any department related has been rolled out in timely manner and cost effective
- Support Manager Regional Distribution manager to explore productivity initiatives in region
- Conduct monthly/Quarterly audit in each area warehouse
- Monitor and analyze implementation of reverse logistics and disposal activity in area

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with various stakeholders, including managing e-commerce and special agent (Sub Distributor).
- Have a good understanding Risk management, Warehouse & Inventory management
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in creating strategy and communications plans to 3PL engagement, translating ideas into actions
- Experience in FMCG or startup company especially in Logistics/Sales/Finance/IT
