**Executive-Accounting Services** is responsible to provide robust financial administration services for external clients to ensure external clients’ financial operations are managed efficiently, fully compliant with both local and international standards, and their financial reporting is transparent, up-to-date, and accurate.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assists Manager or Assistant Manager to implement internal control procedures and train junior staff
- Perform daily work with high complexity, including preparing external clients’ monthly and annual financial statements, bookkeeping, assisting external clients’ payment activities, & preparing other tailor made external clients’ management reports/financial analysis
- Perform more advance data entry and quality document control for external clients
- Supervises Associate Level and reviews draft deliverables
- Assist external clients in the audit of financial statement which organize by external auditor
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum bachelor degree from Accounting Major
- Minimum 3 years in-job related experiences
- Have experience in consulting firm or service oriented company will be an advantage
- Have excellent knowledge of international (IFRS) and local accounting standard (PSAK)
- Proficient in operating Accounting System (e.g. Xero, SAP, Oracle, Myob)
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Have good leadership skill
- Have excellence communication skill both in English & Bahasa (Written & Spoken)
- Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
