As the Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, retention, and overall growth for inDrive Courier. In this role, you will lead a team of sales agents, manage business development efforts, and establish strategic partnerships to fuel growth across both online and offline channels. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager APAC to execute a region-level growth strategy that aligns with the broader business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies through both online and offline channels to drive new user acquisition and awareness.
- Manage a team of online sales agents focused on acquiring and activating new users, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Supervise the account executive team to drive user retention and revenue growth through effective account management and user engagement initiatives.
- Create and nurture partnerships with local brands, communities, and organizations to raise brand awareness and drive new user acquisition.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for intermediate-level data analysis to track performance, understand user behavior, and inform decision-making.
- Develop and optimize strategies across the full growth funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral) to drive sustained user growth and engagement.
- Conduct cohort analysis and implement retention lifecycle strategies to optimize user retention and increase customer lifetime value.
- Strategize and implement regional-level tactical and loyalty programs that complement headquarters’ grand plan and drive long-term user engagement.
- Demonstrate a strong growth mindset, encouraging the team to go the extra mile in achieving targets while fostering professional development.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to enhance the efficiency of sales processes and improve customer relationship management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, marketing, business development or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Proven capability to lead and motivate a team.
- Deep understanding of sales growth funnels and retention strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools would be preferred.
- Skills in creating partnerships to boost brand awareness and user acquisition.
- A proactive attitude toward achieving targets and fostering team development.
