We are seeking experienced and credible **Modern Work Sales Specialists** to join our teams across multiple business groups, serving enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. In the Modern Work (MW) Specialists team, we value individuals who can identify and win strategic opportunities by delivering Modern Work thought leadership and driving meaningful customer outcomes. As a**Modern Work Sales Specialist**, you will engage in consultative dialogues with customers, collaborating on planning, orchestration, and execution of initiatives such as Frontline Worker, Employee Experience, Teams Rooms and Phone, Next Generation Windows Experiences, and Copilot opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell solutions, driving customer value and transformation.
This role offers significant growth potential, allowing you to develop solution sales and collaboration skills while deepening your expertise in modern worker solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Execution**: You will collaborate with virtual team members to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
- ** Business Value Selling**: You will foster and expand Microsoft’s relationship with Customer Business Decision Makers. Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.
- ** Scaling and Collaboration**: You will collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
- ** Sales Excellence**: You will collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, do compete plans and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across the territory.
