Kami membutuhkan sejumlah kandidat terbaik untuk kami persiapkan mengisi posisi sebagai Division Manager Challenge penempatan di kota Semarang.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:
1. Membangun dan mengembangkan team untuk bersama sama menyusun rencana kerja guna mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
2. Membangun hubungan dan interaksi yang komunikatif dengan calon nasabah serta nasabah existing sehingga tercipta simbiosis yang bisa saling menguntungkan kedua belah pihak.
3. Mengelola dan mengembangkan portofolio bisnis nasabah. Memberikan advise, saran, masukan terkait pengelolaan dana nasabah, Memberikan presentasi, perencanaan strategi tentang pengembangan produk komoditi dan investasi kepada calon nasabah.
Syarat Pengalaman:
Pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun di bidang keuangan, perbankan atau investasi, futures, perdagangan komoditi, saham, asuransi, pariwisata dan perhotelan, sales dan pemasaran.
Keahlian:
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Memiliki data base, networking atau jaringan kerja yang luas. Bisa menjalin dan mengembangkan relasi yang baik dengan calon nasabah. Mampu mengoperasionalkan komputer dan tidak gaptek. Memahami penggunaan sosial media dan internet. Terbiasa melakukan presentasi bisnis. Memiliki leadership yang kuat, bertanggungjawab dan berintegritas tinggi. Berorientasi kepada kinerja dan pencapaian target yang jelas.
Kualifikasi:
Pria / Wanita usia 25 - 35 tahun. Good looking, tidak berhijab bagi wanita. Berpenampilan menarik dan memiliki kepribadian yang menyenangkan. Ramah, supel dan mudah bergaul. Jujur, cerdas, bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas. Memiliki motivasi yang besar untuk sukses. Visioner, kreatif dan inisiatif. Mau bekerja kerja keras baik secara tim atau individu. Siap berkomitmen dan berorientasi pada target kerja yang jelas. Bisa bekerja efektif dan efisien dalam situasi penuh tekanan.
Tunjangan:
Basic salary, bonus, insentif, komisi, dan asuransi. Bonus dan komisi diperhitungkan sesuai pencapaian target bisa mencapai 10 juta atau lebih yang semuanya diperhitungkan berdasar kinerja.
Waktu Bekerja:
Jam 08.30 - 17.00 Senin - Jumat
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp10.000.000 per bulan
